Archer Law was founded by Micheline Don, a lawyer with over 25 years of experience in intellectual property law and (international) commercial contracts. After 15 years at NautaDutilh (Amsterdam and New York) and 12 years at Parker Advocaten (Amsterdam), Micheline founded Archer Law – a boutique law firm with a personal, direct approach.

She is a board member of the VIEPA (Association for Intellectual Property Litigation Lawyers) and an active member of leading (inter)national professional associations such as the INTA, AIPPI, LES, BMM, and the Dutch Copyright Association.
In addition to her legal expertise, she has an international outlook, speaks fluent English, and good Spanish and German.
Archer Law is also socially involved. Micheline has been president of the Reprieve.nl Foundation for many years, has worked as a legal assistant at an anti-death penalty law firm in Houston, Texas, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Moving Academy for Performing Arts.
